While we do not offer financial advice, we work closely with several mortgage intermediaries, who are able to access mainstream buy-to-let lenders. These intermediaries are offered exclusive mortgage deals at rates that are not available to individual investors.

We will introduce you to one of these intermediaries, who will be your single point of contact and guide you through the whole mortgage application process. There won’t be the levels of bureaucracy and delays normally associated with the purchase of a property, as we have the information on the development required for mortgage purposes.

When you have decided to by a property through us, we will appoint a conveyancing solicitor on your behalf. The solicitor will take it from there and will guide you through the process of exchanging on your property, completing on it and post completion. They will provide you with a seamless service from searches, transfers, registrations and disbursements and we will ensure that they have all the necessary information to complete your transaction in a timely fashion.
